Refund policy

 

Cancellations are allowed only if I have not currently processed/shipped your order.

Please double check that all of your information is correct while checking out. Moshie Market is not responsible for any lost or missing packages due to an incorrect address. If a package gets sent back to me due to an “incorrect address” a partial refund will be sent for the order if I cannot get in contact with the buyer. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded for returned packages for incorrectly addressed mail.
